Sigma – Medical Logistics is located in Apeldoorn. We keep your products in stock in our warehouse, but they remain your property.
As an independent logistics service provider, we ensure that the MDR rules are correctly applied in the logistics process. In accordance with MDR, we work with separate areas for sterile and non-sterile materials and we carry out continuous temperature checks so that your products are stored under the correct conditions.
Returned items are always thoroughly inspected for damage before being stored in a quarantine cabinet.
All rooms are monitored 24/7 for temperature and humidity.
According to PEST Protocol, a check/inspection is carried out every 8 weeks by a certified company in the field of pest prevention and control.
In consultation we can insure the value of your stock.
Sigma – Medical Logistics uses the Exact Online administration program for this.
After processing your order, we will send a packing slip with the products. This packing slip contains the serial/batch number and expiration date of the item in question.
We can also arrange inventory management for you from Exact online.
Sigma – Medical Logistics uses DHL to ship your packages. A full track & trace is available for these shipments. We supply to all hospitals and medical wholesalers.
DHL offers the option to send a message to the recipient with the shipment number for track & trace. The shipment can also be sent with a morning delivery or a Saturday delivery. If desired, it is also possible to insure the shipment.
We are also happy to take care of supporting financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable management and processing price agreements.
